I built Clipth because I wanted a clipboard manager I could use without a mouse
Hey everyone — I’m wavever, the developer behind Clipth.
I’ve been working on Clipth for quite a while because I wanted a clipboard manager that felt natural for keyboard-heavy work. Most of the time, I don’t want to stop and reach for the mouse just to find or paste something I copied earlier.
Clipth is a native macOS clipboard manager with:
- A keyboard-first Quick Paste panel
- Fast search, pinning, favorites, groups and tags
- Image, video and webpage previews
- List and grid layouts
- Sync support for iCloud, WebDAV, folders and S3
- QR code tools, OCR, Base64, image/video conversion and compression
- Custom Shell and JavaScript scripts
- A local MCP server for AI clients to work with clipboard data
