We are waiting to try until early 2028 but want to use this time for tracking my fertility and getting to know my body better.
I have started reading Taking Control of your Fertility as recommended by this sub! But wondered if anyone can recommend any apps for tracking?
Most of the apps I can find seem to be algorithm based and only consider one parameter (temperature) which makes me nervous. I am UK based. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Me (26F) and my husband (28M) are recently married (6 months ago), we know we want children but definitely don’t feel ready yet. I’m in limbo about contraception, do I risk going natural and falling pregnant before we are ready?

Currently I have the Mirena IUD, I’m 3 years in and wanted to have it removed soon so that I can get a natural cycle back and find my rhythm again. Complication is that I have adenomyosis (very heavy periods and pelvic pain), and it could actually take me ages to conceive anyway.

Basically there are pros and cons to both sides but I’m not sure what to do. Anyone else who has been in a similar situation??
