Dui 2.5 years ago in Denton County... never saw a judge or paid bond. Complicated situation. 2 years later im charged and signed some bond conditions. One is dont drink. That was nearly 4-5 months ago and no testing. NFL season started up yesterday so I had 2 beers with my lady last night and got a call this morning I have a UA. How screwed am I? Contacted my lawyer. I was sober for 2 years and recently started drinking once every 7-10 days. I feel like this might ruin my life... My lawyer got me a deal where its 6 months probation, 3 online classes, and a $200 fine. My last court date is 2 weeks from now. I feel like this will be out the window if I fail this test today... It was so long ago it felt like it was all behind me. I really screwed up here. Im so scared...
