Recent problems with Avene Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream

Has anyone noticed that the Cicalfate+ cream has now been separating? Is this due to a new formula? It’s such a shame because it’s been a holy grail product for me and many people and I’m not sure why suddenly I’m getting bad tubes.

Estimate bordering a higher cost of living area

We got two quotes from a company today. I’m wondering how reasonable people think these quotes are. We border a higher cost of living area in Virginia and I’m wondering if we are getting a markup for that.
