Help me save him

So a little insight on this, I worked at a store that stopped selling these guys 4 years ago and they got them in a tank, took care of them and then forgot them 7 months ago. There were no water changes, or cleanings, and horrid overfeeding. I took them home but this guy was floating, unable to sink, and his left side was like really bloated and boyant. I started him on epsom salt baths, Erythromycin, and a hospital tank, but please help me diagnose him, and reccomend treatment options. Its been 2 days since I got him and 6-8 days since he started floating I guess. He, or she, also seem a tiny bit lethargic, but they move when they need to or want to.
