Regularly Matic does something that I want to share with the team, but the record function doesn't start until I click record, which is after that happens. It would be nice if it was more like a dash cam where when I hit record it saves what happened maybe 30 seconds before I hit that button so that the moment of interest has already been captured.
So I love the new voice activated feature. Super cool made me really happy and I immediately realized that my 4-year-old son is going to abuse this. Is there any way that we can get like a voice print identification in the future??
Just about every other day I have matic clean this rug in my den because my kids make a bit of a mess but there's no way for me to just say clean the rug.
Matic knows that this is where the rug is because of the floor detection. It'd be really nice if instead of me having to paint that spot every time I could say clean the carpets in this room. Or do just the hard floors in this room.

I just got my Matic a few weeks ago and it's great. I don't think about it and my house it clean. Dreams come true.
The thing that surprised me is the community here. Most everyone seems to care and share their thoughts in a productive way that enables the Matic team to address them.
As for the Matic team. I am taking notes on how you all do customer feedback and interaction and taking it back to my product team at work so we can do a better job.
