Alpha Foxtrot has the worst customer service of any firearm company I have dealt with.
Brand new 1911 safety breaks within 20min of ownership. Front sight falls off in under 50 rounds on the new gun. I upgrade the safety myself but the sight is proprietary. Contact AF with photos of my gun and the model number tag and they say they will send a replacement front sight out. I email again weeks later checking in because I had not received anything. No response. Wait another week or two, email again with finally a response of “im so sorry we will send one out asap and supply tracking as soon as it leaves”. No tracking ever provided. About a week and a half later an envelope shows up from them with the completely wrong sight that is no where close to my design. It took months and countless emails to receive the wrong sight. What a joke.
