Hi, I'm 28 and I've decided to give dating a shot after being single for over four years. I'm looking for someone who thinks dating an oddball is a good idea, and to throw in an occasional "are you sure?" to steer me away from at times (often) questionable ideas. I've got brown hair, blue eyes and an average build of about 185 cm.

My life is so stable right now it's almost too boring. I'm employed full-time, pretending to be knowledgeable about IT while in reality it's just emails, restarting stuff and, in my opinion, giving me too much responsibility.

I live in an apartment with a menace of a tuxedo cat, she knows how to untie knots and I'm convinced she's actually an alien in disguise.

To make my life harder, I'm looking for a house to buy in the future, just so I can do what I'd actually like and because I can't do nothing all day.

Apparently I'm kind of an old soul too, since I enjoy oatmeal and wear these cheesy 80's sweaters during winter (only at home though!). I also love to walk and I've successfully bullied myself into working out multiple times a week.

I'm looking for someone who:

Won't question why my old car is slowly becoming more pink

Likes to banter, I'm convinced colour written WITH the u is the correct spelling

Won't mind me being confused like Biden half the time and being stuck somewhere in mid 2010s pop culture-wise

Knows that mental break days are important too. I really like to just sit and home and not do anything sometimes. I'm an introvert after all, but I always like company of someone I like.

I speak three languages and yet half of the time I'm looking up words since I keep forgetting them

Questions like "Hey have you been to Norway?" and doing a 6h drive there the next morning.

A source of brilliant ideas, like building a washing machine theoretically capable of spinning at 100k rpm (I'm sure that'd generate a black hole or something)

Apart from the things above, I'm not religious and I'm usually a bit reserved at first. I love to listen to various music, chatting about all kinds of things, tinkering, and I'm actually responsible, including having a bedtime. I do not play games that much, I prefer doing something outside or simply hanging out.

I'm not looking for anything casual, I'm the kind of person that prefers to get to know someone first.
