Is this sensible? Help, please!!

Guys, my current starlink subscription is roam unlimited with location set to Argentina. I am planning on changing the location and that would entail dismantling my current account and setting up a new account with the updated location. 

The next billing cycle is on 19th May and I want to move on 25th May. If I pay for the roam unlimited plan for the next billing cycle and then cancel the plan on 25th and then move to a different country where I will set up a new account under a different email, will my cancelled “already paid for” service persist up to 18th of June?

Or will the the service plan disappear with the account? In other words, is the service plan associated with the account or th starlink ID?

Anyone who's gone through this before? I need answers before 19th May.

(FYI, cancelling the service now and choosing a service plan in the country I'm going to immediately is not an option I'm opting for multiple reasons)
