I am new here, but I got a bit overzealous yesterday and listened to a tape before I fully mastered the previous techniques. This was just the 4th tape of the 1st wave, but because I didn't understand the prior techniques properly, I believe I integrated an experience from my past that wasn't fully cleansed of fear and negativity. Please, take your time with this process. It's important everyone goes at the pace that is right for them and do not force it.
Given that Ra states in the Law of One that the Greys are biological robots influenced by a service to self polarity, how does this inform our trust of the popular channelled entity, Bashar. Can he be trusted as having our best interests in mind? What are your thoughts?

I did the first gateway tape last night. When I finished, the colors that I see in the world are more vibrant. Literally.
I had absolutely no expectations or idea of what these were. I saw a white orb move across my vision, and a geometric face smiling at me. I thought I was hallucinating but maybe not.
I feel much more alive today and positive and I’m so happy about that. Once again I had no notions about what I would experience and still don’t know. Just wanted to share.
