I have this part I want to model, but it is quite a complex shape. First I made the big round base by revolving a side profile sketch. Then I wanted to sweep a second side profile along the teardrop-part, but that is not possible because of the rotation.

How would I go about modeling this differently? It is a bit hard because the top of the teardrop is not flat and there is no constant radius.
