In a rough patch right now

I studied for my biochemistry exam i read the textbook, went through the lectures, made questions, answer homework questions, made 200 flashcards for this exam alone, went through every class and did every lab and I didn't do well in my exam. I got a D on the exam and I just feel so defeated. I spent 30hrs on the textbook alone reading for two classes, i got in enough sleep during exam week I eat healthy, I reduce my screen time on days I dont work, I sometimes exercise but I still walk daily and generally dont know what im doing wrong. The content had no homework based problems it was very concept heavy but I was fine for the short answers but the mutiple choice, matching section, and true and false killed me. I don't know what else to do im so at a loss and im so sad about it because this was litteraly my all and the results prove otherwise.

There's no way to keep sanity living like this

I hate being treated like a criminal in my own house. The smell of decaying food is stinking up my room, my bedsheets are staring to smell, there so much dust. I was so tired before but now im so tired all the time.

What is one thing you can't do while lucid dreaming?

I have been lucid dreaming for nearly a decade and I feel like i have been very successful in lucid dreaming but one thing I seem to never get right is reading a book or notes or words on paper right. I can see images, draw In my dreams, drive, fly, fight whatever but reading is the one thing I can litteraly not do no matter how hard I try, it's like literally impossible to do for some reason.
