I have a master Projects table used by the broader team. I'd like to create an additional Interface view that shows only a subset of those projects, for a smaller working team.

Three questions:

1. Cleanest way to do so?
2. Can I add an extra field that's only visible/used by the smaller team, without it showing up on the broader team's project interface?
3. If the smaller team adds a brand new project from their interface, will it automatically show up in the broader team's view too? I want to prevent that as this smaller team has their own smaller-scale projects that aren't relevant to the broader group so they should stay separate!
