Anyone else's app buggy?

I can't get to Summer Focus Fest or Invite & Get Rewards page without getting errors. It only works about 1 out of 10 tries.

Syncing devices also takes forever.

The daily challenges page takes multiple tries to get synced from today's progress, and receiving rewards takes multiple tries after system errors.

I appreciate Forest dev team adding new content, but I wish the app was less buggy every time they release something new.

Please fix the bugs, add regular trees to buy with coins and crystals, and beta-test the new features before the official release.

I recently learned this and wanted to share why you shouldn’t be blinded by Olive Young rankings (and why some of the BEST products aren’t even on there).

Brands literally buy their own products to game the rankings and collect bestseller awards. Sold out marketing is just as calculated. They are exploiting human psychology by limiting availability. We want what we can’t have.

Olive Young has also been in the Korean news for pushing exclusivity deals on brands. They monopolized by pushing out other competitors which doesn't benefit customers. Customers end up relying on OY prices solely.

The part that really got me though is the fee structure. A cosmetics brand CEO talked about this recently. The commission fees OY takes are so high that brands have to make up the margin somewhere. And where do they cut first? The actives. The expensive stuff that actually does something. So the marketing is all retinol this, niacinamide that, but crack open the formula and you’ll find a concentration so low it’s basically decorative. They have to, otherwise they’re losing money.

The brands that aren’t on OY at all? A lot of them are putting that money into the product instead.

So if something you’ve been using just feels like it isn’t working, it might genuinely not be working. Look up the concentration, not just the ingredient. Some of the most effective K-beauty out there right now may be something you’ve never heard of. It sucks as someone living outside of Korea who can't order stuff from other beauty platforms in Korea. I wish online platforms like Yami, YesStyle, Stylevanna and Jolse get more brands that aren't available on OY.

Hi Forest Developer Team, could you please update the Chrome extension? I'd like to plant new trees there, but the latest update was from Dec 22, 2024.

Also, every time I complete the third focus challenge that gives crystals as a reward, a "Something Wrong" error pops up. If I try it again, it gives me the crystals, but having to click twice every time gets really annoying. Any chance that can be fixed? (I'm using the latest version of Forest app on iOS 26.5)
