Not able to print admission fees, i paid institute fees and hostel fees, completed profile, uploaded documents, now what to do??

What should I fill my preference especially only for cse in NITs , IIITs NSUTs, DTUs and other GFTIs for CSE Branch in DASA UG counselling. Pls tell

So basically I am an OCI/PIO(F) candidate, and in the documentation it's asking for uploading a 2 years proof of education in the foreign country in case of NRIs , but this document is not for OCI/PIO(F) candidates, moreover I have completed my 11th and 12 from India itself, it still allows me to participate is DASA UG but at the same time they r asking something that was not even mentioned in the brochure nor is applicable, i tried contacting the team via email and they told me to read page 5 that mentions the eligibility of being an NRI and in the same mail earlier I clearly asked him what to upload in annexure 13 column since it's mandatory, moreover I tried reaching out via their helpline no. and waited for about 55 mins in line to get a shit response where even the voice of the counseling team wasn't even clear , I still tried to convey and mention my points but no clear response at all , just telling me about the eligibility of NRI and annexure 13 for which people then when I mention him the query once again then he just put me on hold for 30-40 second and then asks my concern again, I told him again about being an OCI(f) then he tries to find solution but thereafter , he hungs up my phone
