I quit ontrac and it was the best Decision of my life
I worked in an ontrac warehouse for years, dealing with constant changing policies and high turnover. Half the time I would be sent home from work because of overstaffing and then they hire more people, expecting people to quit or call out. They have no work life balance because they don't give enough hours to live, let alone have a life.
I would never recommend anyone to work there and now I have a great job with amazing benefits and hours that believe is good work life balance.
