Need Lambs Ear advice!

I was gifted this lambs ear some months ago. I love this plant!! Its seems so resilient and doesn't need too much care. I never knew it would grow flowers!!

NEED ADVICE I'd love to keep this plant alive and thriving!! I dont know whether to split it or get a bigger pot, or the correct way split it. Please ANY advice for this plant is greatly appreciated! Thank you:)

How do I get over this

How do I take it when I've only ever been called "cute"

I've never been so to speak, stunning. Not trying to sound ungrateful or anything else, but I'd love to find someone who sees me as more than cute. Is it just a confidence issue? Am I buggin?
