I lied (context)

I do love making Original Songs. To DEATH.

Vexento taught me (I read every description of his videos, to pass time) that Inspiration is either your best friend, or your enemy. And usually you don't decide to do something, because if you don't have the inspiration for it, the thing you're trying to do won't work. So inspiration itself decides that.

IE the reason I half-assedly remake songs is #1, for inspiration (I remade TheFatRat - Let Love win, then I had this idea, so in theory and trial, this works), #2 because I love the songs I remake. The songs I remake, got me through HELL, literally! If Electro-light - Talk To Me was simple to remake (I've tried) I would, if Axel Wernberg - Return was simple to remake, I would! In a heartbeat!

Well hello

Btw, the original artist is one of those people who uses Alan Walker in the title for clicks, genuinely don't know why I chose to remake a song from this douchebag. But I did

Important question probably

Which song should I recreate? I might either stream myself doing it or upload the remake itself to yt.

I'm thinking

Either

Alan Walker - Diamond Heart

Or

Vexento - Lights (highly likely I might just choose that, because I wanna learn that drum layout, it amuses me still today)

BS Title

Thinking about melodic hardstyle kinda like Elektronomia - Heaven or Elektronomia & Stahl - Uplands/Highlands

Got any samples? Like Top kicks, hard kicks etc.

I've strayed away from hardstyle because I lost all my shit with a phone swap and I've since forced myself away.

Gotta be melodic, because I like my music to have structure. I would make the kicks myself, but sound design on FLM is mid, and I know you guys get your samples for free when you make normal hardstyle and such, so either point me in the direction (no splice, like maybe Pumpyoursounds or looperman) or just link me samples idc. I can't find anything on the sites I mentioned. 👎

I recommend Shane Alexander

His whole catalog as well.

He's an artist I've found that if you listen to "Keep you in mind" or "Feels like the end" first, then you listen to his other songs, the expectation you think you'll get because you want more songs like those two, is simply just far from incorrect.

Some songs sound like a miss at first. Then you click on it again and it still sounds like a miss. The more you click on it and swipe away because you tell yourself you don't like it, the more impactful the song will be when you finally give it that chance. I never liked Sky-Way drive until yesterday, and I've been listening to Feels like the end, Keep you in mind, I'll be here, Evergreen and I Will Die Alone on repeat since 2020 (when I found him) so definitely give his music time.

I do recommend starting with the weaker songs first, so that you can like them first, and then listen to his hit songs (I call them hits, even though they have less streams).

I'm a huge Shane Alexander fan recently. I think some of you either are or will be as well.

Guidance for the newbies

Starting a track with a certain genre in mind sometimes leads you to the pot of gold you're seeking. But majority of the time, the biggest accomplishment you'll feel is when you stay up all night perfecting a melody to the point where the song idea you started with is nowhere near the song you ended up with.

This song is a HUGE example of that. This is one of my best songs, solely because I made it for myself. I didn't have a specific genre in mind or a specific style I wanted to achieve. SoundCloud deleted the original song from my account, so I went into the original song file, took my chords and melody, and completely revamped the song entirely as a fuck you to SoundCloud.

Pointless gibberish👇

This song is the closest I've gotten to replicating a Vexento style track, while being completely different to any songs on his discography. If you want to make a Vexento style, you have to know his philosophy, he's not bound by genres or labels. He makes what he feels. Any song in the world, where heart was over hype or fame, is in definition a Vexento style for that alone. Because he doesn't have a specific style, but multiple combined.

Bruh.

Season 15 had the saddest moment.

Shizno Paradox has the harshest moment.

Singularity has the best climax and resolution.

What does Restoration have?

Forget Burnie Burns, I don't wanna hear that petty "Ragh Burnie Burns created the damn show" that's not the point. Genuinely answer the question.

Canonically it's never answered what happens to Donut. That is an unresolved plot on a FINALE.

Singularity ACTUALLY has a resolution. A story that ends without answering anything from the plot, shouldn't be called a finale, even if the creator of the damn show wrote it, we shouldn't allow the fucking hot mess of restoration to strip what Singularity gave us. Every character had their own plot holes resolved. Everything was answered flawlessly, to through the end. And no, the time traveling wasn't bad. The people who hate the time travel also complain Zero has no plot, when in reality Zero is way better written than Restoration.

Burnie Burns fumbled, but since he created the damn show, people are scared to say his work sucked ass especially for a finale that ended on a cliff hanger. I'm not scared. Burnie foiled so fucking hard, and he wasn't even on a time restraint, now i see why Caboose's V/A wasn't apart of it. I wouldn't have either.

"Ragh you write it then". Okay fucking fine. December 21st.

This could be problematic...

What do you think caused this?

First off, Elektronomia isn't the villain here, I'm sure if this is brought to either him or Vexxy, this could be solved. But I'm not the guy (I would rather stray away from X), I'm just curious what causes this.

Because as a long time Vexento and Elektronomia fanatic, lore wise they haven't collided like this, while that would be the collab of a LIFE TIME, sadly isn't the case here. I'm guessing somewhere the metadata tripped? As I said normal YouTube and Spotify both have this song as Vexento & Micco, YouTube Music is the only one that has this connected to Elektronomia, when Elektronomia had no part in this song whatsoever.

I saw this in my recommended and was like "sweet! Vexento and Elektronomia finally did it" but then I heard the track and to my immediate not surprised face, it was older style Vexento. Not that I don't like old style Vexxy. Coyote is still an OG track.

Anywho, what causes this? Was I right to assume it was a metadata glitch? Is this a very real problem that nobody seems to care about?

Question

Anyone know the sample used in Vexento - Spark? As much as I want to make my own whistle sample, I'm sure it's something so easily findable with the right query. Any ideas?
