No Agatha Christie - Already read four of her books

No Tana French - Not fan of her writing

I am in a mixed feeling about "A drink before the war". It was an absolute perfect detective setup but I expected a different story. Something like>!True detective and not racial gang wars!<

Since each comment will have only one book, I will respond with a personal review and rating after I am done reading.

These were some of my favorites:

• The Kind Worth Killing — by Peter Swanson
• What Lies Between Us — by John Marrs
• None of This Is True — by Lisa Jewell
• Sharp Objects — by Gillian Flynn
• The Collector — by John Fowles

I've read only one novel from each of these authors and loved it. No other books have stood out to me as much as their work.
