does anyone have any tips on how to revoke ach on the advance from the experian app?

I see multiple people reccomend this app for advances but when i downloaded it and tried to email support it was sent back and told me the email address was wrong or it couldn’t be delivered to. Do they have any other forms of customer service? I’ve been waiting over two days now for them to look into my advance application. I would also be hesitant to move forward with an advance from them if they can’t be reached at all for customer service
