Getting on an earlier flight?

Has anyone had luck with Qatar getting on an earlier flight? I managed to snag a 95k saver fair from YUL to BKK for June 15 but has a 9 hour layover.. The second leg is in 1st class on the A380 but frankly, I prefer a Q suite. I have done this exact route before and even in the first class lounge 9 hours is a long time for someone with extreme ADHD. Years ago airlines were so good about just letting take an earlier flight if its available.. but the last while that courtesy seemed to have stopped.. Anyone had luck recently with Qatar? Downgrading from first to business?

Hostaway Issue populating guest reviews in Airbnb app

Anyone else dealing a Hostaway issue of not being able to see guest reviews or rating when clicking the guest account icon? Up until a week ago this would open the screen in the app, but you would see all their info. As usual Hostaways support is just useless, they just try and tell me its my fault and my device.. even though there was no changes on my end and one day it just stopped working. Wondering if others are seeing this too or its still working for you and its somehow just my app?
