Does this email mean I should expect good news or bad news?

I’ve had a package delayed for 10 whole days (and genuinely didn’t realise why until I realised where I’d bought it internationally switches couriers with EVRI once across the pond 🫠). For a little bit evri’s tracking said “no parcel found” but since I put in a chatbot enquiry I can at least see it again ? Which I guess is progress, only I can just see that it’s been stuck at ‘it’s been collected’ this whole time.
If this email spells future disappointment, should I just go ahead and contact the seller? (Also tangent question, is there any major difference when the seller is a company rather than an individual person?)
