What jobs can you get with a PhD in I/O Psych?

Hello!! I'm currently considering future careers, and I have a really strong passion for both biology and psychology. Though I am attending college for my bachelor's in biology, I am definitely considering switching to psychology - I've fallen in love with the study of it, and have been strongly considering continuing to get a PhD in I/O Psych. I came here to ask what kind of jobs people with PhDs in I/O Psych have landed. What is it like, what do you do? Salary (if you're willing to share)? How often do you use actual psychology in your job? And do you enjoy it?

Is it even possible to learn Calc AB in two days...

So yeah. For context: I'm in Calc AB, I've had a C for the year, and I'm direly cooked for this test. I genuinely know nothing, no clue how I even have a C 😭 long story short I'm in 4 other APs + a ton of other extracurriculars, so bunch of stuff going on with no time to breathe basically leaving me with no time to study. I literally crammed all of APUSH in 3 days, so I'm so glad that exam was easy.

But in regards to calc, no clue what to do. I don't even deserve to pass ngl, and I've already accepted that I'm going to have to take it again in college. Only reason I even want a 3 is because of my immigrant parents- they're already mad enough that I have a C in the class; if I failed the exam it would literally be over for me. My other exams I know I can get a 5 with a good all nighter, but calc I just don't even know where to start.

So yeah, thoughts? Is it even worth trying or should I just accept my fate? And if it is worth trying, anyone know most effective ways to learn how to maximize how many points I get with only today and tomorrow? If not, whats the best way to break the news to my parents come July? 😭

Update: Is it a bad idea to just try to focus on memorizing the FRQs? I feel like i can get 20% on the mc without studying, and i feel like i can memorize 6 questions in two days, no? Which would in theory get me a 3.... thoughts?
