New JL owner

Just got a 2024 Willys and I want to protect the front of the hood from rock chips. I’ve seen options for black rubber covers, clear sticky sheeting, wind deflectors type things, etc. ideas or recommendations? I’m nervous about the clear sheet things because of yellowing. Pic of my new ride.

Key for 2024 Jeep Wrangler

I’m about to purchase a used 2024 Jeep Wranglwr Willys. It only comes with one key. I’m looking for advice or experience in getting a new fob, getting it cut, and programmed including remote start. I see online diy kits that include a programmer. Local locksmith quoted me $250 for refurbished oem fob and programming. Any insights on what to avoid?
