Hollister - Blocked from Ordering
Has anyone ever been “blocked” from checking out on the Hollister app or website? I have purchased so many items from them, in fact just last weekend and then this week I tried to checkout, same card, same shipping address, same name, nothing changed and I keep getting an error. Called the number on their site and the rep placed the order and it went through then canceled immediately. They then told me they had to escalate to their “specialized team” which has no phone number or way for me to find out what or why this happened and it will take 24-48 hours for someone to get back with me. This feels like a scam. It’s one of their biggest sales of the season and they have blocked me until Monday. The customer service number goes to an offshore call center who just reads off a script. I really do feel like are doing this on purpose because I was getting $3.00 deals with my added coupons. Anyone else experience this?
