Why do some public employees make you feel stupid for simply asking questions?

ako lang ba or may ibang registrar/public employees talaga na parang allergic sa simpleng tanong? 😭 i mean gets ko naman na stressful yung trabaho nila (siguro lol) imagine mo araw-araw kang humaharap sa ang daming tao, so i understand kung minsan pagod or wala sa mood.

but the thing is sana hindi naman umabot sa point na pati yung taong maayos namang nagtatanong, pagsasalitaan na para bang nakakainis siyang kausap.

nakaka-intimidate tuloy magkamali or magtanong ulit kasi parang feeling mo mapapagalitan ka. tapos kahit alam mong wala ka namang ginagawang masama, somehow you still feel like they’re talking down to you.

minsan tuloy naiisip ko, paano kaya nila kausapin yung mga elderly na hirap umintindi ng proseso? 😭

question:

If we feel disrespected by their approach, can we file a complaint?

OA lang ba ako?: This whole situation makes my skin crawl🤮

Aside from Apple, this really gives me the creeps. I don't know, but I'm genuinely scared of that guy's face and I feel so disgusted by the whole thing 😭 Like seriously, what the actual hell?????😭

context: Allegedly, the girl is 18 and the guy is 44. She had only recently turned 18, but the concerning part is that he had already met and started courting her when she was still a minor. Regardless of her current age, the fact that their relationship allegedly started when she was underage makes the whole situation really disturbing.

these are their official tktk accounts: @champmoto1982 (21.8K fucking followers) and @myamore108 (82.3K followers). the fact that they have that many followers makes this even more disturbing. 😭
