Good morning, I'm a 26-year-old male. For the past seven days, I've barely had any bowel movements and defecation, except for a few light-colored, threadlike lumps at first. Nausea is almost always persistent, I can barely eat before feeling full, and I've had very uncomfortable abdominal contractions and tightening. On the fourth day, I began to worry and decided to seek help from my family doctor. He recommended taking glycerin suppositories to try to resolve the situation, but all they allowed me to evacuate was a yellow liquid (almost water). I also tried taking magnesium hydroxide, but that also only allowed me to pass this yellow liquid, which doesn't even look like diarrhea, just liquid. On the 5th day, I decided to go to the Emergency Room, also on the advice of my family doctor, who noted abdominal pain in various areas. However, in addition to the blood tests, which were perfect, they only did an ultrasound 10 hours later, which revealed to them mild fecal impaction. They essentially told me that I needed to go to the bathroom, as if I didn't already know...They prescribed a tablet a day of lactose-containing probiotics, Vaseline oil to lubrificate the intestine, and osmotic laxatives, the kind used to prepare for colonoscopy, and a diet high in fiber, liquids, and vegetables. Taking all these medications led to the usual conclusion of completely liquid bowel movements, except for three or four times last night, when I could see the spinach I'd eaten for dinner in my stool, which was darker, as if it had actually been digested. Now, this morning, I feel completely nauseous again and full, with abdominal pain that is still present, especially in the navel area, but which mostly only occurs when I feel on it hard. I even tried to feel inside myself with a glove, and it feels like my rectum is practically closed, so stool can't come out properly unless it's liquid. I think I wasn't taken seriously in the ER, and I think there's something wrong with me because I've never felt so bad in my entire life. I've always loved eating and would go to the toilet several times a day, and I'm really starting to worry. They told me to go back to the ER if I haven't had a bowel movement in 2-3 days, but I'm afraid that if I tell them I've had liquids, they'll send me home with more laxatives, and the nightmare will continue.
Sorry for the English as I am Italian.
Thanks for your help.
Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to complete my great-grandfather’s family tree, and I would really like to access the birth record of his sister. Unfortunately, the record is currently locked, so I can’t access it. If anyone has access, I would be incredibly grateful if you could let me see it.
This is the birth record:
