I self excluded from the casino. It has been my only vice for the last 3 years. I’m done. It robbed me of so much time from my family and myself. Now it’s time for me and myself to get to know me again.
I am sad/hopeful/healing. Idk but I’m sitting outside of the casino after self excluding and crying. I didn’t think it would get to me this much but I guess coming to terms with everything I have put myself through is hitting me harder than I expected. Either way, I’m so fucking proud of myself!
