Rework?

I need to know what Lifeweaver mains actually want a rework, because after the recent buffs this season, he's been so much better to play. And no shade, but a lot of the rework ideas I've seen pitched on this sub ruin everything I like about Weaver and sound like they come from people who don't actually like this character.

I love charging and releasing Blossoms, it feels super satisfying and I love that you can throw it over/under/around barriers like Sigma/Rammatra/Mauga's ult.

I love that Petal has so many uses and is one of the highest skill ceiling abilities in the game. Blocking Tracer/Freyja ults, locking out certain doors and staircases, the double/infinite petal locations, there is so much to this ability.

I love how much control Lifegrip gives me and how I can use it both defensively and offensively to reposition someone.

I love that Tree is something I can just throw down without constantly having to wait for something like a Zen ult. Whether it be to gain an advantage or to use as a wall, it charges fast enough that it's not something you need to constantly save for the right moment.

The only things I think Weaver needs is QoL to his weapon switch and MAYBE small adjustments to his existing kit. Superbloom to base and Thorns charging Blossoms on hit are some ideas I've seen floating around that I think are fine. One of my ideas is for Lifegrip to be "press to shield, hold to pull" so that repositioning an ally becomes optional but that's about it and isn't a massive change in how Weaver currently plays.

Personally, I don't think every hero has to be super strong and pro play viable (even though we've already seen him succeed on Circuit Royal) and it's fine for him to have weaknesses and counters. Cos otherwise you just end up with Kiriko and everyone hates that.
