Hello all. Coming from 2 years on Spravato. The process is just too cumbersome and half the time I swear the nasal inhalers are not working correctly. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had some incredible experiences but they are rare. Starting next week I’m starting troches from Anywhere Clinic at home. I can’t remember what is being sent initially but I believe it’s at least 2, 200mg troches. My question is…… 1st time legit ketamine and not Spravato. If I’ve been on the full 84mg Spravato, should I be good doing a full 200mg troche from the start? TIA!

Hello all. I believe I’ve came to the end of my journey of Spravato treatments. Not in the sense that I can’t have a good experience, but mostly because the clinic I receive it has a revolving door of nurses who administer the Spravato. I can’t seem to get it thru their heads that after my 3rd dosage when they come in to get blood pressure and O2 level readings that me being completely immersed with headphones on and a face mask that shaking my arm or grabbing my toe to get their readings is completely screwing up my treatment. I believe I’ll have another treatment or 2 before the end of the year and be switching to at home therapy. I do have concern that Esketamine and Ketamine from a provider like Mindbloom will be different as I want to be able to still achieve the same healing I receive during a “good” Spravato treatment. I don’t have a company in mind yet, although I thing Mindbloom is the front runner. I’m not interested in microdosing treatments, and would like something as close to Spravato as possible if anyone has a at home provider they suggest would be best for me. It sucks that I won’t have insurance coverage like I did with Spravato but luckily I do have the option to pay with HSA and FSA funds as of which my job gives me $3300/year to use on HSA types of expenses such as a Mindbloom, Joyous, etc, ketamine provider. Does anyone have a company to recommend that will get me close to that Spravato experience with at home Ketamine treatment? Thank you in advance
