Tried my hand at conchas!
It was so fun cutting the designs! Will definitely be making them again :)

While the shape turned out really great I think, they are hollow and brittle. It was 86 degrees in my home and it seemed like they didn't need any resting time at all but I let them sit for 30 mins. Baked for ~25mins at 300 degrees. I checked at 17 mins and every three minutes after but the bottoms were always sticky. Thanks for any suggestions!
This was my first time trying multiple colors and decorations like this. I'm super happy with how it turned out! Three layer cake with raspberry filling and vanilla ABC. Inspired by the frog cakes of Instagram.
Made for a friend's birthday, I'm super happy with how it turned out :)
