Okay so I ordered a top from a small aussie clothing brand. Their website and instagram says these orders are dispatched the next business day. I ordered on Thursday 14 may and after a week (this morning) there was still no dispatch update.

I emailed asking if there was an issue and they apologised and said they had lots of orders, are a small team, and delays were partly because they took time off for their birthday. They said they’d dispatch it today.

This also happened with my previous order like I understand small businesses get busy, but if dispatch times are often longer, shouldn’t they update customers instead of advertising next business day dispatch?

AITA for being annoyed?

hey everyone. i have really damaged hair from blonde streaks/ponytails. i haven’t been doing ponytails as often recently however when i do decide to do them at home ive noticed this happening and it looks so bad. does it look like regrowth or new breakage? i used pantene shampoo and conditioner so yea i dont use any good products to be fair but what do you guys think
