13w - food aversions

Hi girlies
I’m currently 13w and struggling quite a bit with nausea and food aversions
I know i’m at the point now where i really do need to start eating a lot healthier than i am. I’m currently surviving on cheese strings, ready salted crisps and apples.
Is there any go to foods you could recommend to help get those nutrients and vitamins in ??
I’m trying to write out my tesco list now but everything just sounds bleh

Needle Phobia

Hi All

Im currently 5w6 and have my first midwife appointment next week.
I spoke to her on the phone and she’s coming to my house. She told me she’s going to take my blood and i’m just shitting my pants. I knew falling pregnant i will be having frequent blood tests, but i have a massive needle phobia and i am a fainter.
I was just wondering if anyone else has any tips on how to calm myself down? and how many blood tests on average are you expected to have during pregnancy? (i know this will vary person to person)
I usually take Diazepam but i know it’s not considered safe during pregnancy so i’m going to just have to grow up and raw dog it.

Just found out i’m pregnant !

I’m 29F and had a miscarriage at 7w at Christmas. I’ve just taken a test and it’s positive!
I’m around 5w exactly today. I have mixed feelings but ultimately so excited to start this new chapter.

Does anyone have any good recipes for early pregnancy?

Really faint positive or evaporation?

Hi all
I can’t work out if i’m just wanting to see a line, or if there is a very faint line there.
Or could it be an evaporation line?

please excuse my dirty windowsill.

I’m 10-11 DPO. Is it worth taking a digital test yet?
