Best enclosure for carnivorous garden

I currently have a butterwort, but considering getting other carnivorous plants. What carnivorous plants would pair well with my current butterwort? And what is the best setup (terrarium, some sort of indoor garden setup with UV light, etc.). Does something like a hydroponic system work?

Living in a basement apartment with east facing window. Currently kept in a small dish with a bit of water. Want to create the best setup for it to thrive. Let me know any suggestions on UV needs, humidity, etc. and how I could create that on a budget. Could Amazon UV lights work? What kind? What kind of watering dish, pots, soil, etc. work best? Pic in comments of my adorable little plant!

Just got a butterwort to help with fruit flies - I'm noticing the tip of the leaves look slightly yellow. I'm watering it with distilled water and putting it on an East facing windowsill. How should I adjust to ensure it thrives?
