What do I do if I removed the pre-existing grip of my racquet?

hi, I’m a 17 f beginner tennis player and I bought the Head MX Attitude Tennis racquet and I didn’t know anything about tennis equipment before so I used it as is. Overtime, it became overused and sweaty, dirty, etc, so I removed it and replaced it with a grip I bought online. I then found out through tiktok that people add overgrips on their racquet, but to do so — you wrap overgrip over the pre-existing grip (which I unfortunately removed). So I don’t know if what I did was the worst thing I could possibly do and if there’s some way to bring it back or buy a new pre-existing grip? I don’t know if I can still put overgrip or what it’s use is, but I heard it allows better grip, etc, and so I want to know if I have a chance of fixing it and applying it?

follow up question: if I were using a babolat racquet for example, would it be weird if I was using a different branded dampener or grip? wilson perhaps?

When should I use conditioner and Shampoo?

Hi, I’m an Asian with fine hair, living in a very tropical country. I usually shower twice a day, one in the morning before I leave for school and another after I work out in the evening. I usually shampoo every day because my hair gets super oily given the heat and because I want to feel “clean” after working out. I just feel like I have to get that sweat out of my scalp by shampooing, right? I then found out it was super unhealthy for my hair and my hair got super dry and I had dandruff more often because of it. I now shower twice a day but put in conditioner in the morning and shampoo + conditioner in the evening after my workout. Do you have any tips as to whether I should change the routine or keep it as is?
