I always end up using more yolk then white and I freeze some of the white to use if needed (normally suggest to my partner to make egg whites for breakfast but he always forgets it there) but I have too much of it in the freezer and honestly rarly gets used so apart from food I could cook with it (which I normally don’t have the time or energy to do) anyone got any other uses
