Sus managers

A shift was posted, I requested it, got denied. Hours later the requestee is texting me asking to cover that day. It wouldn’t conflict with my hours like I have the 2 days prior not on the schedule

Idk

Every time I work drive thru I encounter at least one customer who wants to complain about me. I’m confused because im not being rude or making mistakes. I think it’s because drive thru orders take so long when we operate from one line instead of 2, they assume I’m not doing shit like buddy I’m just taking the orders and every time I go to help the crew another car pulls up it’s not my fault your order is the 9th one in line behind a bunch of inside orders Corporate is truly clueless, running restaurants is not the same as other sectors of business, figure it the fuck out and pay people who actually know what they’re doing instead of cutting full time people’s hours to the point of contacting legal teams
