I found it curious (though logical regarding the time and effort of interview panels) to take an exam prior to an interview. Curious simply because this is the first time, after a number of UN interviews, that the order was reversed.

I was also surprised that I have 24 hours (not 1-3 hours) to complete the test 😰 That seems like a massive evaluation? Anyone else have a 24 hour test duration?

Anything to especially be cognizant about for a senior program manager test besides the job description?

So, I already spend a lot of time in the kitchen - I’m not super skilled but I’m enthusiastic and make decent food all the time and really good once in awhile, usually by accident.

I make more work for myself than necessary. Things like I always soak and boil beans instead of buying them canned. And now it appears I am looking for more to do! Whenever I boil garbanzos, there is a ton of foam on top which I remove with a spoon at regular intervals. Is that aquafaba? Should I be using it? How do you get concentrated aquafaba if not using canned garbanzos? What should I do with it? Or should I just boil my beans and ignore it?
