[Hiring/Referral] CSE student graduating in 2027 looking for internships / entry-level opportunities

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for internship and entry-level opportunities and thought I’d try posting here as well.

I’m pursuing my B.E. in Computer Science at CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, and will be graduating in May 2027. My current GPA is 9.29.

I’m mainly looking for opportunities in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.

Some of the projects I’ve worked on:

• ChurnXplain — an Explainable AI dashboard for customer churn prediction using SHAP, LIME and Fairlearn.

• Customer Churn Analysis — a Power BI dashboard analyzing 7,000+ customers with DAX-based analysis, churn risk segmentation and interactive reports.

• CodeVista AI — a full-stack GitHub repository analysis tool with dependency analysis, UML diagrams, AI-generated file summaries and code-change impact analysis.

• NextStep — a career guidance platform built using React, Node.js and Python.

My main skills are Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Machine Learning, MySQL, React and Java.

I’m based in Bengaluru and am open to on-site, hybrid or remote opportunities.

I’ve attached my resume. If you know of any openings that might be a good fit, or if your company is hiring interns/freshers in these areas, I’d really appreciate a lead or referral.

I’m also open to honest feedback on my resume or what I should improve to become a stronger candidate.

Thanks!

Applied to a lot of internships but getting nowhere. Would really appreciate some honest feedback on my resume.

Hey everyone,

I'm a final year Computer Science student from India, graduating in 2027, and I've been actively applying for internships over the past few weeks.

Honestly, it's been pretty discouraging.

I've been rejected from a few places, ghosted by many, and in several cases I realised I wasn't even eligible because they wanted candidates who had already graduated or had prior industry experience. It feels like a lot of internships are looking for someone who's somehow already experienced.

I've attached my resume because I genuinely want to know where I'm falling short.
