guys I paid my fees for admission using RTGS method how to check if my payment is done on the portal, PLEASE HELP it's urgent as the deadline is today itself

i was filling the counselling form and i can get into srm ktr with software engineeering specialization i cant select core...idk why it says not eligible my rank is 10k... is cse in software engineering good? what about placements please someone help me

i was filling my counselling form but when i try to select cse core as my priority it says i am ineligible for the course my rank is 10k and people with higher ranks then me are able to fill it. what to do?
