Hey everyone,

I recently ordered a Casio MQ-27 from Bhanwar Sales.

The watch was delivered on time, but after unboxing I noticed there's already a visible scratch on the crystal/glass.

Everything else seems fine and the watch is working properly, but I'm a bit disappointed since it's supposed to be brand new.

Would you recommend:

Returning/replacing it?

Asking for a partial refund?

Or just keeping it since it's a budget Casio?

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Bhanwar Sales or Casio watches?

No matter what theme I apply this shit won't change
