Hi! My partner and I are moving down from Seattle and are seeking a private house, ADU, or apartment in the South Bay Area, especially Redondo Beach. Our budget is up to $3500 a month and we’re moving ASAP, so it must be available before August.

Must be pet-friendly (we have two kitties!), have dedicated parking, and in-unit washer/dryer. Other than that we’re pretty flexible!

Please let me know if anyone has any leads. Zillow has been a bit of a bust.
