Thought we planted tomatoes or peppers, but does this look like deadly nightshade...?

Thought we planted tomatoes or peppers, but does this look like deadly nightshade...?

We got seeds from the library and embarked on some chaos gardening in April. Water levels have been quite low but this sprung up next to where we have some tomato and pepper plants growing (there's another similar looking plant near our spinach patch 15 feet away). I'm pretty adventurous with what I put in my mouth but I was reading about atropa belladonna today for work and it made me wonder if this is poisonous.

Picture was taken today in Oakland. I don't do anything to my soil and I garden purely as a hobby/to entertain young children.
