Paid a lot for this one , came from a a 1930’s house in the south of England. Never been used, excuse the dust!

The colour in these photographs is nor correct, it is slate grey almost black! The first photograph colour is way out, it is almost black in natural light.
How on earth do you get this and keep it clean?

I certainly would not buy this Flair Neo basic after my experience of using this. Preheat? Burn your fingers. Messy! Is it worth it, god knows, I can get as good perhaps better with my very modified Delonghi! Mmmh regrets is all I can say. Story of my life! A fool and his money is soon parted!

I can get this back in 25 days from my bank . Since it is a small amount I am sure that the bank cannot be bothered to go after them. Hongkong based. Bank has the real name and address supposedly! I know, I know should have an address, phone number, check WHOIs and the scanners to see if they are a scam. They are!

Cappuccino I have never experienced something so bad, considering they have the means to produce something drinkable, I certainly could with their equipment! The froth is appalling! They need a complete revamp and retraining. I visited the McHale branch a couple of months ago, exactly the same! What on earth is wrong with them.
