Stuttering graphical glitch on Indianapolis tracks after update?

Since the new season started and we got the update I'm getting a glitchy stutter of frames and graphical display issue on all of the Indy tracks. Especially on the little corkscrew section before the long straight. Anybody else experiencing this? Wondering if I should uninstall and reinstall, if it's just a "me" issue with maybe a texture not loaded properly.

I did not have this issue previously. I'm playing on a Galaxy tab s11 ultra so hardware performance is not the issue. Have not seen or felt any other issues on any of the other tracks including the new ones.

What's with the limited time ECU 0

I noticed with the new season a couple of my cars have lost their ECU level. What's going on with this?

If I'm only getting one of these, which would you recommend?

Previously I've been just buying the extreme car for the events, but I have quite a few decent ones and they're also significantly harder to get ECU upgrades for. It looks like the 570S is listed on other servers as a metacar. Also the test drive on the rally car was very impressive.

Additionally, if I get the McLaren or the Citroen I probably would have enough left over to ECU1 upgrade it, which would be very beneficial. My garage is very well balanced, any of these would be helpful but not game changing.

Which of these resources will I lose at the end of the season?

The game is not very clear which items I will keep and which items I will lose sometimes. I'm assuming it's the three items that have the day counter on them and everything else will carry over. But I don't want to accidentally lose something. Thanks for the help!

If I buy all six of the 7-Day activations for the M8 then I get the car permanently?

It would cost 1,960 gems to buy all 42 days of activations. And from the text at the top it says if you buy all of them you get the car permanently. That seems like a pretty good deal as I need to add another extreme car to my garage. Am I correct that if I spend the 1,960 gems I will get to keep the BMW M8 permanently? Thanks for your help and input.

Can someone clarify if this is an actual ECU upgrade that I will receive

The description makes it sound like I will get enough blueprints to max upgrade my GTR. I know this can't be the case for the small amount of resources that requires to get this. But I'm wondering, do you get enough blueprints for one ECU upgrade out of this deal? Has anybody bought this or can confirm that's played on some other server. Thanks for the help!
