I booked a non-refundable hotel for 4 nights, but first night is hell and I want to get refound.

Issues:

- smell of cigaretts in mi room
- promised AC can’t be turned on
- NOISES! I hear sound of “drilling” every 10 minutes - found out it’s old door when opening
- furniture being dragged around the room above me at MIDNIGHT

I’ve asked the hotel for a refund for remaining 3 unused nights, but they said it’s non-refundable.

What are my chances of getting a refund in this situation? Has anyone successfully received a refund for a non-refundable booking, because the hotel didn’t provide acceptable conditions?
