When having two windows in brave broser full screen, one on each monitor and clicking between the two the one which is not clicked with exit fullscreen and shrink to about a quarter of the screen. Is there a setting to turn this off.

I have a service for reading online Manga that is an online app. It has its own server and i just need the base account. Is there a way to reasonably launch this app on Zorin or is it something that is impossible. Just would like the option to read not just on Ipad but PC and the account syncronization would be nice. Thank you for any tips
