Indian Goths Celebrate World Goth day at Mauthpit Delhi.

World goth day 2026, marked 1 year of India's first Goth club/creative collective Mauthpit!! We held a Gothic tea party this WGD. We had many activities people engaged in, including Zine making, Mini Sculptures, Henna tattooes, karaoke, dance etc. It was a fun and much needed night because our audience was our participant :D. I've been thinking... What do Goths need?

Greetings fellow bats🦇

I've been thinking lately about current irl and online goth subculture worldwide. I've been talking to a lot of goth djs, artists, babybats, content creators etc for years. Everyone seems to be done with the commercialisation and Tiktokification/reelification of Goth subculture

And only one questions come in my mind..

"What do Goths ACTUALLY need"

What do you actually want to see online for your own satisfaction and enjoyment?

What do you want from event curators to do to pull off an authentic goth shows?

What sort of fashion and accessories you'd rather buy than being bombarded by fast fashion brands which everyone seems to own.

And any other thing you'd want to talk about that the subculture needs right now?
