It doesn’t seem like they are automatically unbanning people at this point, only those who email them with proof of purchase or who tell them to check their game logs. Still pretty shitty but I’m glad I’ve got my account back
Like a bunch of people, I got banned. I emailed support but I also think we should leave reviews so that Cheritz knows how many people this is affecting + how much of an issue it is
