How do you guys manage being in a relationship with bpd?
I recently got diagnosed and have been reflecting on past relationships and experiences, and I'm realizing that relationships and having a partner has been a huge trigger for me. Examples: going from love to hate back to love, constantly needing validation and reassurance, becoming too obsessed with my partner and losing myself, etc. When I'm alone I'm fine but when I'm in a relationship I feel like there are times when I completely lose it. How do people successfully navigate relationships?
